Don't shy away... Resistance training does not make you bulky and it is SO important for the longevity of your health - the looks that come with it are a bonus. 

Each week the workouts are split up in a squat day, upper body day, and a deadlift day.

The accessories for the workouts are different each week which keeps it interesting, challenging, and fun while also increasing your strength consistently.

Don't worry if some movements seem intimidating. I am happy to help and love helping women gain confidence in the gym, their body, and their movements.

I found Hannah after being released from a long hospital stay due to serious illness. I had struggled with various forms of physical therapy, and wasn’t getting the help I needed to fully recover. I had major mobility issues, had lost most of my strength, and also had physical limitations due to injury.
When I started, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect and wasn’t sure that she would be able to help given my numerous issues. Working with her greatly exceeded my expectations!! She is kind, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She created custom workouts that helped me get stronger, increased my mobility and minimized my pain in a very short time. I was amazed at how quickly I saw remarkable improvement. Her sessions are also fun, so I always look forward to going. I highly recommend working with Hannah. I had never felt confident enough to work out on my own until Hannah became my trainer. During my first session, she assessed my overall goals and physical abilities, and each of our sessions since then has been specifically geared towards achieving my goals. She plans workouts that incorporate both exercises that are new to me and those that I learned in previous sessions, and so she is continuously adding more and more exercises to my toolkit while making sure that I am comfortable performing them. She encourages me and holds me accountable to do my part in reaching my goals, and also supports me when I need to modify a work out or exercise. I am so grateful for everything she has taught me so far and for continuing to show me how to become stronger.



Deciding to train with Hannah has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for my health. When I first approached Hannah, I was looking to get in shape after having my second child and really needed the accountability. My training sessions are well thought out and never the same, so it keeps things interesting! Hannah challenges me for the better and is super encouraging.

About Hannah

Hannah grew up in Germany and moved to the US in 2015. She has been caring about health & wellness her entire life.

Growing up as a professional dancer she won her States, Germanys and Europeans championships multiple times.


Over time her dedication to movement persuaded towards a more wholesome approach to health and wellness which led to the creation of Squadstyle Lifestyle - her personal training brand. 

After three years of training her brand expanded into the SL Studio. Frederick's first coworking space with private gym.

Hannah is excited to continue inspiring and impacting the Squadstyle Lifestyle community to live their happiest life and be their best selves.

My Health Journey

I created Squadstyle because of my own weight loss journey. When I came to the US I gained 12 pounds (6kg) and felt extremely uncomfortable with myself.


I looked for a quick fix and tried different diets but none of them were maintainable. That's why I started educating myself about a healthy way to lose weight. 


Half a year later I lost 12 pounds and kept them off. Now I feel great, energetic, and healthy.


There is no quick fix and if you want to be happy and feel good long term then you have to change your lifestyle. 


I know it is not easy, and that is exactly the reason why I am here. I will educate you how you can maintain a healthy lifestyle without going through these Ups and Downs. 

I will help you switch your mindset and love yourself just like you are. Which leads us to the next point...
